Vacuum Sucker lifter

Adopted Automatic Vacuum Pump as generator, with regulated vacuum degree and advantage of simple maintenance.The whole lifer was equipped with 6/8 piecses vacuum suckers,completing multi point suction to make sure plate remain horizontal while carrying.The position of suckers can be adjusted along the secondary girder and the secondary girder also can be adjusted along the main girder. Every  suckers  is with a hand valve, making the lifter can apply to different size plate.

Application

1. Use to load and unload  the material for Lase Cutter,Flame Cutter,Shearing  Machine,etc.

2. Apply to Stainless plate

3. Apply to Aluminum plate

4. Loading capacity of 100-2000kg

5. Apply to glass with temperature lower than 400℃.

6. Vertical reversing and lifting are available.
