Automatic Loading Machine for sheet metal processing

This is used for coworking with Amada EMZ3610 punch press.

1) Use a forklift to place the sheet materials on the feeding table, and the machine will automatically load the sheet materials to the feeding position.

2) After the feeding system receives the feeding signal from the punch machine, the single-sheet suction cup device descends, absorbs one sheet of material, and then rises to the standby position.

3) The brush table moves inward to the position below the suction cup device; after the suction cup device releases the sheet material and rises, the brush table moves outward to its designated position.

4) The feeding manipulator clamps and picks up the sheet material, moves toward the punch machine side, completes docking with the punch machine, then the equipment resets and waits for the next cycle.

To ensure only one sheet of material is picked each time, the loading and unloading equipment is equipped with a magnetic sheet separator, a pneumatic vibrator, and a sheet thickness detector.

To ensure the product processing accuracy is as precise as that of manual loading, the wrestling-type pusher mimics human hands to press the material tightly against the gripper and locating pins. Only after the gripper sensor confirms the sheet material is in place will the processing start.
